1. Application and Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, digital deliverables, and advisory engagements provided by Meridian Arc Ltd ("Meridian Arc", "we", "us", "our") to any client ("Client"), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

B2B notice. Our services and deliverables are intended for professional business use. By purchasing or engaging Meridian Arc, the Client confirms they are acting in a professional capacity for the purposes of their trade, business, or venture.

2. Services and Deliverables

The scope of each engagement is defined by the category of service purchased:

• Consulting services. Bespoke advisory work as defined in a specific proposal or Statement of Work (SoW).
• Productised services. Standardised advisory services delivered within a fixed scope and timeframe as described on the Website or invoice (for example, Commercial Review and Market Entry Sprint).

Deliverables may be provided as digital documents and databases, including through shared workspaces such as Notion. The licence terms for these are set out in Clause 7.

3. Standard of Services

Meridian Arc performs its services with reasonable care, skill, and diligence, consistent with generally accepted professional standards. Meridian Arc does not guarantee any particular commercial outcome, revenue increase, or investment result. Recommendations are made in good faith based on the information available at the time, and are not a substitute for the Client's own commercial judgment.
