1. Application and Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services, digital products, and consulting engagements provided by Meridian Arc Ltd (“MA”) to any client (“Client”), unless otherwise agreed in writing.B2B Notice: The Services and Digital Products provided by MA are intended for professional business use. By purchasing or engaging MA, the Client confirms they are acting in a professional capacity for the purposes of their trade, business, or venture.

2. Services and Deliverables

The scope of engagement is defined by the specific category of service purchased:

Consulting Services: Bespoke advisory work as defined in a specific proposal or Statement of Work (SoW).
Digital Products (e.g. SCS): Provision of downloadable templates, access to digital workspaces, video guides, and instructional content.
Productised Services (e.g. Sales Sprint): Standardised implementation or advisory services delivered within a fixed scope and timeframe as described on the Website or Invoice.

3. Product-Specific Guarantees

Notwithstanding the general limitations in Clause 6, MA provides specific guarantees for certain products. These guarantees are the Client's sole remedy for performance-related claims regarding these products.

3.1. Digital Products (e.g. SCS) – "Execution Guarantee”

If the Client configures the system in accordance with the provided instructions and does not achieve improved pipeline visibility within 14 days of purchase, the Client may request a full refund. Condition: To claim this refund, the Client must submit screenshot or video evidence to [email protected] showing the implemented system populated with actual commercial data (not placeholder text or dummy data). The evidence must demonstrate that a genuine, complete attempt at configuration was made. Refunds will not be issued for empty workspaces or requests based solely on "change of mind".
